Cancellation Policy for Online Prepaid Orders
Credit may be given provided that the item has not shipped or been put into production.
The following conditions may apply:
A Credit Card transaction will be voided only if canceled the same business day that the order is placed.
All cancellations thereafter will be made by refund check within 30 days less a $10.00 handling fee.
On custom printed products, an additional plate charge may apply.
For custom printed products: Once they are printed we have a no cancellation policy.
Credit may be given provided that the product has not been printed or shipped.
